So, even though the hot weather is killing us in DC, I agreed to go blueberry picking with The Arugula Files and Mango and Tomato this Saturday. Why? Well, I can’t resist blueberries – we used to pick them when I was a kid in Oregon, and we would keep bags of beautiful berries in the freezer year round. And secondly, I can’t resist the company.
But I’m torn about what I should make with them – cobbler? Pie? Sorbet? Something that I haven’t even thought of? So I’m turning to you, readers – what would you like me to make?

Your blueberry poll isn’t working.
Cool – fixed it! Thanks.
Oh yeah, and I think you should make handpies. In muffin tins.
You should make my no-bake blueberry pie. (http://findingpeaceinchocolate.com/2010/06/no-bake-blueberry-pie/)
It’ll combine your recent love of making pie dough and an easy filling that doesn’t get you too hot since it’s too damn hot right now!
I hope you have a fabulous time
I’m making blueberry buckle, blueberry jam, bluebery infused vodka, a blueberry pie, and THEN, I’m going to freeze the rest of my blueberries. Tee hee.
I’ve made blueberry/raspberry muffins. Planning to make blueberry/pom popsickles and freeze/eat the rest!
