Chocolate Guinness "Oreos." Yes, they are as awesome as they sound.
I’ll be honest, I myself won’t be celebrating Saint Patrick’s Day. My plans involve driving a friend to the airport and then transferring a bunch of my baking stuff to the house where I’ll be housesitting (it’s a complicated operation). But for those of you going out, may you stay away from the green beer and stick to the good stuff. I suggest checking out the new subterranean bar at The Black Squirrel.

Guinness cupcakes with Guinness icing;
Chocolate mint ice box cake (has the advantage of being both green and no-bake);
Chocolate stout ice cream (you can totally make this with Guinness); and

I made triple green cupcakes with my son last night. ( well-mostly by myself)
Green vanilla cupcakes, with green cream cheese frosting, and green sprinkles.
He is delighted and cant wait to them!!!
